Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchases for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Pleases see below for more information on our return policy.

Applicable Conditions For Returns and Refunds:

1. You can initiate a refund request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase OR within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. We will process your return request within 3-5 working days after receiving the return request.

2. The original sales package and all included accessories must be returned together. (Except for consumables, for example, nibs).

Return Shipping Costs:

1. If the customer requests a return/replacements due to their own reasons, or the customer is not in the original country of purchase, the shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.

2. If the product has a hardware problem(please contact our technical support for judgment first- service@xppen.us), the seller will pay the return shipping cost.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
